The new Omer Stingray Carbon Fins have a special 3D camouflage finish reproducing exactly a typical sea bottom. This has been possible using the new technology IML, for the first time employed by Omer for the spearfishing market. This technology allows Omer to put a film on the fin with a bottom sea picture directly on the carbon surface during the blade molding process to assure a high resistance to abrasion and a never before seen level of stealth.
These new interchangeable Camo Carbon blade fins are characterised by their thermo rubber foot-pocket and for the angle between foot-pocket and blade being 22 degrees (compared to traditional 15/17 degree). The use of thermo rubber of two different stiffness compounds increases comfort over normal foot-pockets. The 22 degree angle is the result of trying to optimise the power of the push through the water relative to effort. The blades are produced in a medium thickness for shallow to medium depth diving (max. 25 metres) in the Camo 3D finish.
The foot pockets are available in sizes 39/40, 41/42, 43/44, 45/46, 47/48 and 49/50.
