Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at The Dive Shack.
We are a small family owned business and strive to ensure you receive the best customer service.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are here to help and negotiate where possible.
Returns/Exchange
In some instances a return and exchange maybe available and will be negotiated for non ‘special’ orders where possible.
All items for Return/Exchange must be returned as soon a possible of the purchase date from the store.
Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Receipts and/or proof of purchase will be required.
All shipping and delivery costs on ordered items will be incurred by the customer.
**Special Orders are those that are required to be ordered direct from a supplier that is not usually stocked in store. This includes online purchases.
Refunds
Refunds will not be given for a simple change in mind.
Refunds will only be given on items purchased that are deemed to be defective or not in proper working condition as per ACCC advice.
As with all returns/exchange the above conditions apply and must be made as soon as possible following purchase unless under a Manufacturer’s Warranty.
In some instances, refunds may be considered for example an online order is cancelled before being processed.
Refunds will be processed to your Credit Card or via original method of payment generally within 3-4 working days of notice of refund.
Any fees incurred from third party providers will be incurred by the consumer.
